Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns must include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • All Mystery Packs

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@shopserengetee.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return label and instructions.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

How it works:

  1. Contact us at returns@shopserengetee.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and ship your new item once we receive the original.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
